Neighbourhood Watch Home Services was created by Grangelee Ltd in partnership with the National Neighbourhood Watch Association. The aim was to provide Local Neighbourhood Watch Association members with helpful information regarding the protection of their property, to raise their awareness of the risk of bogus callers and rogue traders and to provide them with access, through printed leaflets and a helpline, with details of reputable local traders and service providers.

The initial concept has now been developed and the service improved by the introduction of customer monitoring of the performance and service provided by the local traders and the publication of these monitoring results on a website open to all.

Neighbourhood Watch Home Services is committed to raising the publics awareness of the risks associate with rogue traders and bogus callers and to provide the general public with access to reputable vetted and monitored traders and services.
